AVION operates as an online marketplace and dropshipping platform, sourcing products from third-party manufacturers and suppliers.

  • AVION does not manufacture products
  • AVION does not directly control logistics operations
  • Products may be fulfilled by third-party vendors and shipping partners

2. ELIGIBILITY

3. PRODUCTS & REPRESENTATION

4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

  • Orders are offers to purchase, not confirmed sales
  • AVION reserves the right to:
    • Cancel orders

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (CRITICAL PROTECTION)

  • Delivery times are estimates only
  • Delays may occur due to:

👉 AVION is not liable for delays once order is dispatched

👉 Once the order is handed over to the shipping partner, delivery timelines and handling are beyond our direct control

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY

All sales made on AVION are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Product received is incorrect (wrong item)

Conditions:

  • Customer must provide unboxing video proof
  • Claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests without proof may be rejected at our sole discretion
  • Claims not meeting the above conditions shall be automatically rejected

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject any request
  • Offer replacement instead of refund

8. THIRD-PARTY INVOLVEMENT

  • Delays
  • Product dissatisfaction
  • Third-party failures

👉 In all circumstances, AVION’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question

12. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
