Refund policy

NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY

All sales made on AVION are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the limited cases mentioned below.

ELIGIBLE CASES

We only accept requests if:

  • The product is damaged at the time of delivery, OR
  • The wrong product has been delivered

MANDATORY CONDITIONS

To raise a request, customers must:

  • Provide a clear unboxing video (from start to finish, without cuts)
  • Raise the request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Ensure the product is unused and in original condition

👉 Requests without proper proof will be rejected

👉 Claims not meeting the above conditions shall be automatically rejected

RESOLUTION

If the claim is approved:

  • We may offer a replacement of the product
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and may be provided only at our sole discretion

NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

We do NOT accept requests for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Minor color or design variation
  • Delay in delivery
  • Personal dislike or expectations mismatch

CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped
